Chocolate Fudge Frosting

3 squares unsweetened melted chocolate  (24g carbs)

½ cup butter or alternative, softened

1 pound confectioners sugar                   (448g carbs)

½ cup milk alternative                            (6g carbs)

2 tsp. vanilla

Melt chocolate in microwave (or in pan over very low flame, stirring constantly). Beat softened butter in mixing bowl. Beat in half the sugar. Blend in chocolate and vanilla. Alternate adding milk with remaining sugar, beating until smooth and fluffy.
